2、的一个重要促进因子,该基因与植物由营养生长向生殖生长的开花过渡以及生殖发育有重要关系。通过构建系统进化树分析,发现该基因与拟南芥MYB33和MYB65亲缘关系较近,根据TAIR网站上公布的GAMYB—Like基因信息,从美国拟南芥生物资源中心购买该基因的T—DNA插入拟南芥突变体材料,运用双引物法对此突变体进行T—DNA插入位点的鉴定,分别获得3株和6株稳定遗传的纯合突变体。可为深入研究GmGAMYB基因的功能及进行互补拟南芥突变体myb33或myb65试验奠定基础。关键词:GmGAMYB;序列分析;T—DNA插入突变体;拟南芥中图分类号:$767.5;X172文献标志码:A文章编号:10
