1、药物与临床Chi—2014—N0．2．2na&ForeignMedicalTreatment口—■—固■鼍叠_地佐辛复合利多卡因臂丛神经阻滞在急诊上肢清创手术中的应用朱丽辽宁省朝阳市第二医院，辽宁朝阳122000[摘要】目的探讨地佐辛复合利多卡因用于臂丛神经阻滞在急诊上肢清创手术中的应用价值。方法将86例采用臂丛神经阻滞行急诊上肢清创手术的患者随机分为两组，每组43例，其中对照组单用利多卡因阻滞，观察组采取地佐辛复合利多卡因阻滞，观察并比较两组麻醉、镇痛效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组感觉阻滞起效时间为(6．32~1．05)rain，较对照组(11．34~2．08)min明显缩

2、短，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，而感觉阻滞维持时间及镇痛持续时间分别为(12．77~2．01)h和(14．38~1．72)h，显著长于对照组的(7．41~1．78)h和(8．02~1．49)h，(P
