2、提出可行性意见,推动高等教育的改革与发展。从1995年起,大学生“村官”已经走过了十几年的历程。尽管从全国看大学生村官政策呈多样性表现,但发展特点却有相通之处。本文正是从这些政策出发,分析我国高校毕业生当“村官”政策执行状况。本文主要观点如下：本文首先从选题的和意义出发,分析了国内外学者对于教育政策、教育政策执行、高校毕业生当“村官”政策执行情况,并从中找出我国高校毕业生当“村官”政策执行中存在的主要问题。本文首先明确了教育政策、教育政策执行、高校毕业生当“村官”政策执行等相关概念,为接下来的高校
