3、unspentattheendofeachmonth.Householdsaveragednearlyeighttransactionspermonth,mostlysmallpurchasesoflessthan$25.Purchasesweredistributedevenlyacrossdaysoftheweekandmonthsoftheyear,buttaperedoffoverweeksinthemonthlyissuancecycle.Mosthouseholdsredeemedtheirbenefitsinsu
