3、ngguestsatisfactionwiththeestablishment.Inpre-registrationtheFrontOffice,stafffillouttheRegistrationFormforeachguest,asfaraspossible,usingtheinformationobtainedatthetimeofbooking.Inmostcasesallthatisleftfortheguesttodoissigntheform.Normallypre-registrationoc

4、curswithin24hourspriortotheguest'sarrival,andfrontOfficestaffassignparticularroomstoarrivingguests,inaccordancewiththebookingrequirementsandmanagementpolicy.Lastminutecancellations,guestswhoextendtheirstay,walk-ins,delayedflights,andmaintenanceproblemsinspec

5、ificrooms,areallexamplesofcircumstanceswhichmakepre-registrationachallenge,andcanmakeearlyroomallocationsadifficulttaskInthecaseofgroupbookings,theroominglistorManifestprovidedbytheTourCompanywilllistthenamesofarrivingguests,twinningandsharingrequirements;wi

6、llprovidethebasisforroomallocation.Dependingonthesizeoftheparty,andmanagementpolicyitmaybearequirementthatallmembersofagroupbeaccommodatedonthesamefloorofthehotel,or,awayfromtheotherguests.Thisisparticularlythecasewithaccommodationofsportinggroupssuchasrugby
