3、weredividedintotwogroups,Gleasonscore3+4groupandGleasonscore4+3group•Kaplan・Meiermethodwasusedtocomparetheprogression-freesurvivalcurves,thelog-ranktestsinglefactoranalysiswasusedtoscreenprognosticfactorsaffectingradicalprostatectomy.Itfurtherclassifiedindependentprognosisfac
4、torsintheCoxproportionalriskregressionmultivariateanalysisandcomparetheprognosisofthetwogroupsResults:1.Initiallyscreenedbyunivariateanalysistheprognosisafterradicalprostatectomyinfluentialsixfactors:theratesofcxtraprostaticextension,seminalvesicleinvasion,surgicalmarginposit
5、iverates,GS7typing,clinicalstages^endocrinepharmacotherapy.Patient'sage,preoperativeserumPSA,prostatevolume,surgicalapproach,thesurgeon,fivefactorswereexcludedbecauseofP>0.05•CoxregressionmodelshowedthatGS7typing,ratesofextraprostaticextension,surgicalmarginstatusradicalposto
