1、关于反思性教学的几点思考Somethoughtsaboutreflectiveteaching第一,在教学中,教师耍有不安于现状的动机。表面看来,这是教学实践之外的事,但反思性教学正是从这里起步。因为如果没有追求更好的教学效果的愿望,教师就不会对现实教学进行反思。有效的教学行为取决于正确的教学思想。第二,教师应当反思新教材,反思学生现状,反思新课程标准下的教学方法,反思课堂教学模式,反思实际的教学效果,并把反思的过程和结果记录下来。成功的教学必然是教学思想、教学内容和教学方法的优化组合。教师只有对教学有了正确的目标定位,遵循了学科教学的规律,充分发挥了学生的主体作
2、用,并积极发挥自身的主动性和创造性,才能够不断解决教学中遇到的问题,获得良好的教学效果。第三,把典型的反思性教学案例汇编成册。教师可以通过所呈现的典型的反思案例来提高反思能力。第四,共同反思。教师的个体反思更多的是个人对解决问题的假设,如果能与同事进行磋商,共享反思,教师之间便能相互促进,共同提高。教师能在反思过程中保持自我连续性,并在教学中与同行共同解决问题,共享信息与资源,从不同的角度來分析教学,确定适当的行为方式来解决教学实践中的“是什么”、“为什么”、“怎样做”、“怎样做好”等问题,是非常重要的。First,intheteaching,theteacher
