1、关于反思性教学的几点思考Somethoughtsaboutreflectiveteaching第一，在教学中，教师耍有不安于现状的动机。表面看来，这是教学实践之外的事，但反思性教学正是从这里起步。因为如果没有追求更好的教学效果的愿望，教师就不会对现实教学进行反思。有效的教学行为取决于正确的教学思想。第二，教师应当反思新教材，反思学生现状，反思新课程标准下的教学方法，反思课堂教学模式，反思实际的教学效果，并把反思的过程和结果记录下来。成功的教学必然是教学思想、教学内容和教学方法的优化组合。教师只有对教学有了正确的目标定位，遵循了学科教学的规律，充分发挥了学生的主体作
2、用，并积极发挥自身的主动性和创造性，才能够不断解决教学中遇到的问题，获得良好的教学效果。第三，把典型的反思性教学案例汇编成册。教师可以通过所呈现的典型的反思案例来提高反思能力。第四，共同反思。教师的个体反思更多的是个人对解决问题的假设，如果能与同事进行磋商，共享反思，教师之间便能相互促进，共同提高。教师能在反思过程中保持自我连续性，并在教学中与同行共同解决问题，共享信息与资源，从不同的角度來分析教学，确定适当的行为方式来解决教学实践中的“是什么”、“为什么”、“怎样做”、“怎样做好”等问题，是非常重要的。First,intheteaching,theteacher
