1、全胸腔镜下I期非小细胞肺癌淋巴结清扫的临床研究2004级七年制研究生：陈添平导师：陈椿中文摘要冃的探讨完全电视胸腔镜下丨期非小细胞肺癌(non-smallcelllungcancerNSCLC)根治术中系统淋巴结清扫的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2006年07月一2010年05月间140例临床I期非小细胞肺癌患者于我院行手术治疗的相关资料，其中49例为全胸腔镜手术(VATS组)，91例为胸腔镜辅助小切口手术(VAMT组)，对比2组手术时间、出血量、清扫纵隔淋巴结组数和枚数、各区域淋巴结组数和枚数、淋巴结清扫相关并发症(乳糜胸、喉返神经损伤等)、术后引流时间、术后引流量及术后住院时间等情

2、况。结果VATS组与VAMT组纵隔淋巴结清扫组数［(6.39±1・27)组VS(6.16±1.68)组，t=1・811,P=0.419)］和枚数［(19.57±9,46)个VS(17.10±8.88)个，t9.536,P=0.127］差异均无显著性，各区域(N1、N2组淋巴结)两组间淋巴结清扫枚数差异亦无显著性(P>0.05)。淋巴结清扫相关并发症(VATS组乳糜胸2例,VAMT组乳糜胸2例,x2=0.389,P=0.612)无显著性差异。术后胸腔引流时间、术后第1天胸腔引流量、术后引流总量及术后住院时间也无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论全胸腔镜下非小细胞肺癌系统淋巴结清扫完全可
