5、rinfectiousdiseases,aspeciÞctestisneededforacon-clusivediagnosisofBCoVinfection.BesidessensitivetestsarerequiredtodetectBCoVespeciallyatearlyorlatestagesofdiseasewhentheyhavelowlevelsofviralshedding.ThecurrentmethodsusedforthediagnosisofBCoVconsistmostlyofthed
6、etectionofviralRNAbyconventional(RT-PCR)andreal-timereversetranscriptionpolymerasechainreaction(qRT-PCR)[3Ð6].Recently,isothermalnucleicacidampliÞcationtechniques,suchasrecombinasepolymeraseampliÞcation(RPA)assayandreversetranscriptionloop-mediatedisothermalam
