3、ns(NRVI)inhigh-riskinfants.Wehaverelatedoutbreakswereobserved(February,Augustandconfirmedthisasfactthroughthestudyofa1-yearperiodDecember),associatedwithahighprevalenceofHCoVofHCoVoutbreaksoccurringduringaprospectivesurveyinfectioninthestaff.DuringtheAugustoutbreak,50%toofNRVI
4、inapaediatricandneonatalintensivecareunit78%ofhospitalisedneonatesandchildrenwereinfected.(PNICU)usingnewmoleculartechniquesforHCoVSeventy-fivepercentofhospitalisedpretermneonateswithdetection.Nasalsamplesobtainedatadmissionandweeklyagestationalagelessthan32weeksand52.4%ofstaf
5、fthereafterforallhospitalisedchildren,aswellasmonthlymemberswereinfected.RiskfactorsforNRVIinneonatesnasalsamplesfromstaff,wereanalysedusingimmunoflu-werebirthweight,gestationalage,ventilation,oxygenationorescenceforrespiratorysyncitialvirus(RSV),influenzaandhospitalisationlen
