5、TS.Electron-microscopicanalysesrevealedthat99%ofpresynapticfirstdetectedinthelayer5ofM1contralaterallytotheinjectionsideonterminalsshowedpartialorfullcontactwithastrocyte-likeprocesses.day4post-inoculation(p.i.),andshowedwithenlargedcellbodiesandTwolinesofevidence,asconfirmedintheratbrainstemsliceus
6、ingthickenedprocesses.Furthermore,activatedmicrogliamigratedtoandpatch-clamprecordingofsynapticcurrents,that(1)activationofP2Y1gatheredaroundtheinfectedneurons.Onday5p.i.,activatedmicrogliareceptors,thataremostlyexpressedinastrocytes,increasedmEPSCchangedintoamoeboidformandtightlyensheathedtheinfe
7、ctedneu-frequencyand(2)atreatmentwithfluoroacetatedecreasedmEPSCfre-rons.Additionally,numerousOX42-immunoreactivecellsinroundshapequencysupportthenotionthatthesepresynapticP2Xreceptorsmightappearedontheinfectedneu
