4、isLaw,mechanizationofagriculturemeanstheprocessofimprovingtheconditionsofagriculturalproductionandoperationandcontinuallyraisingthetechnologicallevelofagriculturalproductionandincreasingtheeconomicandecologicalbenefitsofagriculturebyequippingagriculturewithadvan

5、cedandapplicableagriculturalmachines.ForpurposesofthisLaw,agriculturalmachinesmeanthemachinesandequipmentusedforagriculturalproduction,primaryprocessingofagriculturalproductsandotheractivitiesrelatingtofarming.Article3People'sgovernmentsatorabovethecountylevelsh
