4、ocessofimprovingtheconditionsofagriculturalproductionandoperationandcontinuallyraisingthetechnologicallevelofagriculturalproductionandincreasingtheeconomicandecologicalbenefitsofagriculturebyequippingagriculturewithadvancedandapplicableagriculturalmachines.Forpurposeso

5、fthisLaw,agriculturalmachinesmeanthemachinesandequipmentusedforagriculturalproduction,primaryprocessingofagriculturalproductsandotheractivitiesrelatingtofarming.Article3People'sgovernmentsatorabovethecountylevelshallincorporatethepromotionofagriculturalmechanizationint

6、otheirplansofnationaleconomicandsocialdevelopment,andtakesuchmeasuresasfinancialsupport,preferentialtaxationpolicyasprescribedbytheStateandfinancialaid,in8ordertograduallyincreasecapitalinputintothemechanizationofagriculture,givefullplaytotheroleofmarketmechanism,andpr

7、omotethedevelopmentofagriculturalmechanizationincompliancewiththeprinciplesofadaptingtolocalconditions,ensuringeconomicresults,guaranteeingsafetyandprotectingtheenvironment.Article4TheStateprovidesguidanceandsupporttopeasantsandagriculturalproductionandoperationorganiz
