1、全髓关节置换术与半豔关节置换术在股骨颈骨折治疗中的效果【摘要】目的：分析股骨颈骨折治疗中全骯关节置换术与半骯关节置换术的应用效果。方法：随机将100例股骨颈骨折患者分为接受全競关节置换治疗的对照组与接受半韻关节置换的观察组，每组50例，对两组手术相关情况和术后恢复情况进行对比。结果：观察组手术时间和术中出血量均明显少于对照组(PV0.05),两组患者骨折愈合时间与住院时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)o同时两组术后1个月内手术相关并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(字2=0.585,P=0.444)。此外，虽然两组术后3个月靓关节Haris评分明显高于术前(P<0.05),但
