2、摘要:【目的】研究霜冻后甘蔗品质性状变化特点及形态受害与品质变化问的关系,为选育耐寒品种提供科学依据。【方法】选用国内主要育种机构近年来选育的19个甘蔗新品种(系)及目前我国蔗区大面积种植的耐寒性较差的ROC22,在广西霜冻易发地区桂林雁山进行耐寒试验。【结果】试验期间试验地霜冻危害程度较低,甘蔗形态受害表现为危害较轻的一级,但霜冻后的甘蔗品质性状明显受到影响,甘蔗蔗糖分和理论产糖量分别下降了9.09%和10.31%,且出现两个下降低谷。进一步分析表明,霜冻后的甘蔗形态受害表现与品质的受害表现不存在相关。【结论】在轻霜冻条件下,宜在形态评价基础上
