1、止痛消炎膏对PICC所致机械性静脉炎的预防和治疗效果观察摘要：目的探讨止痛消炎膏在PICC置管麻发生机械性静脉炎的预防和治疗效果。方法(1)将96例行PICC的患者按置管先后顺序分为止痛消炎膏实验组和对照组各48例，实验组于宜管当天立即给于止痛消炎膏沿静脉穿刺点上方静脉的走行适量外敷，连续7天,对照组愆不处理。如发生机械性静脉炎，再覆止痛消炎膏。比较两组患者机械性静脉炎的发生率及治疗效果。(2)发生机械性静脉炎的患者再组成新的实验组与硫酸镁湿敷对照组比较治疗效果。结果(1)实验组2例患者发生机械性静脉炎，发生率为4.17%；对照纽9例患者发生机械性静脉炎

2、，发生率18.75%,两组差异有统计学意义(PvO.05).(2)消炎止痛膏治疗机械性静脉炎9例(81.81%)治愈，2例(18.18%)显效；50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗机械性静脉炎，8例(72.72%)治愈，2例(18.18%)显效，1例(9.09%)无效。结论外敷止痛消炎膏能有效预防和治疗PICC直管后机械性静脉炎，有较好的临床应用价值。止痛消炎膏PICC；机械性静脉炎AnalgesicantiphlogisticointmentonPICCmechanicalphlebitisinducedbypreventiveandcurativeeffectobs
