1、第42卷第4期塑料工业2014年4月CHINAPLASTICSINDUSTRY·101·六苯氧基环三磷腈/全氟丁基磺酸钾协同阻燃PC:I=徐路,王玉冲,刘雨佳,李婷,杨晶巍,唐林生(青岛科技大学化工学院,山东青岛266042)摘要:通过极限氧指数测定、垂直燃烧实验和锥型量热仪研究了六苯氧基环三磷腈(HPTCP)/全氟丁基磺酸钾(PPFBS)对聚碳酸酯(PC)的协同阻燃作用。结果表明,与单独使用HPTCP或PPFBS相比,添加含极少量(0.05%)PPFBS的复合阻燃剂(HPTCP/PPFBS),可使PC的阻燃级别显著提高,燃烧变慢,
2、总热释放量、平均有效燃烧热明显降低,点燃时间明显增加,即复合极少量的PPFBS能明显提高HPTCP对Pc的阻燃作用;单独使用HPTCP或PPFBS可显著改善PC的热稳定性,而使用HPTCP/PPFBS复合阻燃剂对PC热稳定性的影响较小。HPTCP是通过气相和凝聚相同时产生阻燃作用的,它能促进PC成炭,形成膨胀性炭层,并通过隔热、隔氧及阻止分解产物挥发而产生阻燃作用,复合极少量的PPFBS能显著增加阻燃PC的成炭量,因而改善了HPTCP的阻燃作用。关键词:六苯氧基环三磷腈;全氟丁基磺酸钾;聚碳酸酯;协同阻燃DOI:10.3969/j.
