1、全氟丁基磺酸钾对小麦和水稻的毒理学研究---陆生植物幼苗暴露及生长试验杨帆、陈晓倩、杨婧、杨和行、殷浩文*上海市检测中心生物与安全实验室,上海,201203摘要:本试验选取全氟化合物(PFOS)的典型替代品之一:全氟丁基磺酸钾(PFBSK),作为受试物,对我国两种主要粮食作物小麦和水稻进行毒理学研究。采用OECD标准试验方法测试该物质对两种植物幼苗暴露及生长的影响。结果表明,对于小麦来说,PFBSK对其出苗及幼苗生长影响显著,最高浓度组对出苗抑制率达到87.5%,鲜重抑制率达到91.9%,小麦出苗终点的LC50值为56.45mg/kg(95%置信区间:46.68~66.54mg/kg),鲜重终
2、点的EC50值为45.09mg/kg(95%置信区间:32.66~56.02mg/kg)。相比之下,样品对水稻影响较小,最高浓度组对出苗抑制率只有5.5%,对鲜重抑制率也仅达到26.3%。水稻出苗终点的LC50值和鲜重终点的EC50均大于100mg/kg。通过对PFBSK理化特性和环境存在浓度调查可知,造成如此差异的原因主要可能源于两种植物本身对该物质的敏感程度不同或样品造成了培养基质理化性状的改变,从而影响了植物生长。一般情况下,该物质浓度背景值较低,性质稳定,对植物的影响较小。关键词:全氟丁基磺酸钾(PFBSK),毒理试验、EC50,LC50ToxicologicalResearchofP
