1、中文摘要金融市场的发展趋势日益全球化，对冲基金的规模也随之不断的拓展，投资的范围和对象也逐渐多样化、跨国化，也逐渐向人们揭开了他的神秘面纱。由于国际范围的对冲基金是历史上的几次金融危机的罪魁祸首，世界上很多经济发达的国家都进行了相应立法。对于我国而言，经济宏观调控的力度较大，并没有正式立法引进对冲基金，但是国际范围的对冲基金公司已经看好了并初步试水中国市场，立法监管已经势在必行。本文通过对对冲基金的基本概念、分类、发展历史以及其操作的基本方法规则进行介绍，从法律角度分析跨国对冲基金的法律关系，罗列了一些典型国家、
