1、方药·诌理研宓WesternJournalofTraditionalChineseMedicine，2014Vo1．27No．9参芪十一味颗粒对慢性丙型肝炎标准治疗中血细胞降低的影响陈小勇兰州市第二人民医院肝病科，甘肃兰州730046[摘要]目的：探讨参芪十一味颗粒对慢性丙型肝炎标准治疗中血细胞降低的改善及其安全性。方法：采用回顾性分析方法，对慢性丙型肝炎患者给予聚乙二醇化干扰素O【一2a135／180g治疗，每周1次，皮下注射，同时联合利巴韦林800～1000mg／d，分3次口服，总疗程48周；将治疗后4—8周白细胞开始下降时给予参芪十一味颗粒(2g／次，3次／d，

2、口服)治疗的患者设为治疗组(67例)，同时将小檗胺片(84～112mg／次，口服，3次／d)治疗的患者设为对照组(52例)，分别于治疗前及治疗后4、12、24、48周检测外周血细胞中白细胞、中性粒细胞绝对数、血小板、血红蛋白、肝功能(丙氨酸氨基转移酶ALT、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶AST)、HCV-RNA。结果：参芪十一味颗粒治疗组在维护白细胞、中性粒细胞、血红蛋白至治疗范围方面与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0．05)，在提升血小板水平方面优于对照组(P<0。05)，对治疗期间肝功能复常及HCV-RNA低于检测线水平无明显影响。结论：参芪十一味颗粒可有效提升慢性丙型肝炎标准
