1、摘要本文以西汉孝道为研究对象，是因为在历史上西汉首次公开倡导孝道。其统治者在内化、改造先秦儒家孝道观的基础上，对行孝内容要求逐渐形式化、单一化，最终上升到国家意识形态的高度，开启了孝治天下的先河。西汉对孝道的推行，不仅对当时社会发挥了巨大作用，也对其后的各朝各代产生了深远的影响。因此研究孝道在西汉社会的流传及其泛化和变异，继而分析其中利弊，对在现今社会正确弘扬孝文化无疑具有重大意义。本文第一章论述了西汉孝道产生的背景，将儒家原始孝道观做了清晰的阐述，并从经济、政治、社会等方面论述了西汉统治者重视孝道的原因。第二章论述了西汉孝道

2、的主要特点，并从理论形态、理论核心及孝道伦理的神学化三个方面进行详细阐述。第三章论述了西汉孝道的具体实践，主要从孝道内容的扩展、孝观念的衍变、家长权利的强化等方面展开论述。第四章论述了西汉孝道对其后各朝各代的影响，分析其积极方面，同时论述了存在的局限性，通过一分为二的看待西汉社会的孝道观念，充分了解孝道重构的现实意义，在大力弘扬孝道现代价值的同时，尝试提出参考建议。关键词西汉，孝道，儒家，经学ABSTRACTBasedonthefactthatitisduringWesternHanDynastythatfilialpiety
