1、中文摘要在中国哲学中，道德形上学是现代出现的一个概念，更确切的说是在康德提出之后被引进的。但这并不意味着中国古代伦理思想中没有道德形上学，只能说没有康德意义上的道德形上学。从探求道德存在的形而上依据的角度讲，早在先秦时期中国就已经有道德形上学思想的存在，只是不曾将其作为一个独立的思想体系提出而己。中国传统的伦理思想，尤其是儒道两家的思想中蕴含着丰富的道德形上学思想。先秦儒家不关心所谓“第一哲学”的问题，但并非没有自己的形上学。为道德寻求终极根源便是先秦儒家形上学的重要内容之一。先秦道家则是开创了

2、中国本体论的先河，在此基础上又构建了道德形上学体系。二者思想都有着明确的思想特征，在特征背后我们可以看见他们对于人类的一种终极的关怀和对为学严谨的态度，以及儒道不同的思维方式下建构的道德形上学之间的存在的差异。先秦儒家与道家在对现实的道德关切的同时亦诉诸于深邃的形上遐思，而又将对形上的论述落实到现实的人伦日用。为当前伦理思想体系构建和社会道德建设提供了依据，更为当代道德形上学体系建设打下了基础。关键宇：儒家；道家；道德形上学；天；道黑龙江大学硕士学位论文AbstractInChinesephil
