1、國小社會領域教學評量發展與設計之硏究錢富美摘要九年一貫課程實施至今已經十年，課程、教學與評量三者的成效如何備受關注。以社會領域的內涵而言，社會領域包含社會科學的知識、個人情意能力索養、反思能力、社會參與及實踐行動的能力，教師須透過多元活潑的課程設計與教學策略，以提升學生的學習興趣與效果，接著必須藉由評量以了解教師的教學成效與學生的學習成果。日前教學評量的方式趨向於多元化,但是紙筆測驗仍是-•般教師最常用的評量方式，而屮小學教師所自編的成就測驗內容出現許多缺失，如命題未編製雙向細日表、題目形式不當、忽略命題原則或教科書重要內容等。因此本硏究將藉由社會領
2、域教學評量特質的探討，進行社會領域的教學與評量設計。基於教學評量的重要性以及教師應具備教學評量的專業知能,本文先說明評量的功能與類型，其次分析社會領域教學評量實施的原則與方式，再者說明編製紙筆測驗的步驟，最後以實例分析國小社會領域測驗得的內容。希望藉由社會領域的教學評量設計'以提供教師在設計紙筆測驗時的參考。關鍵詞：社會學習領域、教學評量AstudyonteachingassessmentdevelopsanddesignsforsocialstudiesinelementaryschoolFu-meiChienAbstractTheMinistry

5、uctionalassessmentsofthewaytendtodiversify,butthepaper-and-penciltestsforteachersingeneralisstillthemostcommonlyusedevaluationmethods,whiletheprimaryandsecondaryschoolteachersintheself-editedthecontentofachievementteststhereweremanydefects,suchastheestablishmentofatwo-dimension
6、altaxonomytableisnotentitled,theformsofimproper,neglectedtheimportantcontentofprinciples.Therefore,thisstudywillassesstheteachingandassessmentsdesignbythecharacteristicofteachingassessmentinsocialstudies.Inviewoftheimportanceofinstructionalassessments,thisarticleclearlyinterpre
