3、onKeats,declaringEndymiontobesheernonsense,recommendingthatKeatsgiveuppoetryandgobacktothechemist’sJohnKeatsGriefsandtroublescrowdedinuponhim:hisdearlylovedbrother,Tom,died;hewasintroubleaboutmoney;hebecameillwithtuberculosis;hefellinlovebutcouldnotmarrytheoneheloveddueto
4、hispovertyandpoorhealth.Itwasthisyearningandsufferingthatquickenedhismaturityandaddedanewdimensiontohispoetry.From1818to1820,Keatsreachedthesummitofhispoeticcreation.Thethirdandbestofhisvolumesofpoetry,Lamia,Isabella,TheEveofSt.Agnes,andOtherPoems,waspublishedin1820.Keats
5、wenttoRometoseekawarmclimateforthewinterinthefallof1820HediedthereonFebruary23,1821,andwasburiedintheProtestantcemetery.Keats’sgraveinRome2.PointsofViewKeatsisamoderateradical,hasgreatsympathyforthepoor.Hebelievesthatpoetryisareleasefrommisery,avehicletoparadise.Themissio
