3、terial.Radiographicimagingisusedtomeasureandreconstructtheporosityfieldinthetestspecimens.Thereconstructedporosityfieldisthenusedinafinite-elementstressanalysissimulatingthetensiletesting.Localelasticpropertiesarereducedaccordingtotheporosityfractionpresent.Porousmetalplasticitytheoryisusedtomodel

4、thedamageduetoporosityandthefracture.Goodagreementisobtainedbetweenthemeasuredandpredictedstress–straincurvesandfracturebehaviors.Thereductioninductilityispredictedwellbycomparingthemeasuredandthesimulatedelongations.Thecomputationalmodelingapproachusedinthisstudyallowsforadetailedevaluationoft
