1、中孕期胎儿系统超声检查切面及临床意义[摘要]目的探讨中孕期胎儿系统超声检查切面的结果及其临床意义。方法将该院2012年10月一2014年10月接待的产前检查中孕期孕妇1600例作为研究对象,回顾性分析她们的临床资料,均于屮孕期采取胎儿系统超声检查切面情况,包括9切面与32切面超声检查,观察记录不同数量超声切面筛查出畸形情况,并对比分析。结果该研究1600例中孕期孕妇中存在不同程度畸形有10例,包括唇裂1例、心脏畸形2例、唇腭裂2例、十二指肠闭锁1例、膈疝1例、多囊肾畸形1例、四肢畸形1例及肾缺如1例;采取32切曲超声检查检出屮孕期
2、胎儿畸形敏感性、准确性及特异性皆高于9切面检查,二者在敏感性上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论中孕期胎儿系统超声检查切面可取得比较良好的诊断结果,逐渐成为当前我国新生儿出生质量保障的一种产前筛查方式,临床建议采取32切面检查,可明显提高超声检查结果,值得借鉴。[关键词]中孕期;胎儿系统超声检查;切面;临床意义[中图分类号]R4[文献标识码]A[文章编号11674-0742(2015)04(b)-0184-03TntheSecondTrimesterFetalUltrasoundSectionsandClinicalSigni
