1、居住区规划现状分析与设计-基础理论摘要：近年来，我国城市化进程不断加快，人民生活水平日益提高，随着各地居住用地不断增加，居住区绿地的规划和设计备受人们重视。作为城市绿化的一个重要组成部分，居住区绿化对提高居民生活质量、保证居民身心健康至关重要，在某种程度上，它也体现着一个城市的现代化水平。加强居住区绿化建设关键在于合理的规划和设计。本文结合笔者多年经验，对现阶段城市居住区绿地规划和设计的现状和问题进行了简要论述，并且着重分析了居住区绿地规划和设计的改善措施。关键词：住宅；居住区；规划；设计abstract:inrecentyears,china’surbanizationprocess
