4、P)motifsAandC,whichareconservedamong15nized.Althoughbatshavebeensuggestedtobethenaturalreservoirsalphacoronavirusesandbetacoronaviruses.3–5ofbothviruses,attemptstoisolatetheprogenitorvirusofSARS-Twenty-sevenofthe117samples(23%)wereclassedaspositivebyCoVfrombatshavebeenunsuccessful.DiverseSARS-likeco

5、rona-PCRandsubsequentlyconfirmedbysequencing.Thespeciesoriginofviruses(SL-CoVs)havenowbeenreportedfrombatsinChina,allpositivesampleswasconfirmedtobeR.sinicusbycytochromeb5–816EuropeandAfrica,butnoneisconsideredadirectprogenitorsequenceanalysis,asdescribedpreviously.AhigherprevalencewasofSARS-CoVbeca

6、useoftheirphylogeneticdisparityfromthisvirusobservedinsamplescollectedinOctober(30%in2011and48.7%inandtheinabilityoftheirspikeproteinstousetheSARS-CoVcellular2012)thanthoseinApril(7.1%in2011)orMay(7.4%in2012)(Extendedreceptormolecule,thehumanangiotensinconvertingenzymeIIDataTable1).AnalysisoftheSpro
