1、中文摘要在市场经济条件下，不动产交易日益活跃，保护交易安全对于维护社会经济秩序的稳定至关重要。不动产登记制度作为物权法的核心问题，就是为了保护交易安全而设计的，它是公示公信原则的具体体现。完善我国的不动产登记制度对公示物权状态、警示交易风险、保障交易安全、鼓励交易有着重要意义。《物权法》的颁布虽改进了原有的不动产登记制度，但对于很多细节问题仍存在立法上的空白，有待进一步的研究。鉴于不动产在社会经济生活中的重要地位，以《物权法》为依据，设立科学合理的不动产登记制度，无疑就更为现实和紧迫了。本文通过对不动产物权登记制度的研究，结合我国现行
