1、人工关节置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折［摘要］目的评价人工髓关节置换术在治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法对2003年1月一2015年1月该院采用人工关节置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折76例患者资料进行回顾性疗效分析。结果该组病例手术时间，I、II型平均(62.5±5.7)min,III、IV型平均(94.0±10.3)min,出血量I、II型平均(197.5土15.6)mL,III、IV型平均(311.2±21.4)mL,输血43例，生物型固定术后3周下床，骨水泥固定术后1周下床活动，随访时间5〜24个月，平均

2、12个月，所有患者均未出现内固定松动断裂移位下沉及假体周围感染现象，26例患者可独立行走，生活基本自理，33例患者需辅助行走，生活质量有所下降，所有幸存随访患者均予以摄片，大粗隆骨折患者骨折均愈合。结论人工关节置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折是一种效果确切的方法［关键词］髓关节置换；粗隆间骨折；老年患者；骨质疏松［中图分类号］R687.3［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1674-0742(2015)10(a)-0043-02EffectofArtificialJointReplacementonElderlyPat
