1、课题六CAM加工加工中心编程与操作加工图工艺分析工件由薄壁(厚2±0.03)、正方形岛屿(42*42*10)、圆弧型腔、三个孔(Ф12H8)等组成加工内容。型腔底面的平行度要求为0.04。工艺表(1)大平面铣削:刀具为Ф60盘铣刀,保证工件总厚度25.(2)预铣下刀孔:刀具为Ф14键槽铣刀。(3)去内外残料:刀具为Ф16立铣刀。(4)粗铣圆弧型腔:刀具为Ф16立铣刀。(5)粗铣薄壁外侧:刀具为Ф16立铣刀。(6)粗铣薄壁内侧:刀具为Ф10立铣刀。(7)粗铣正方形岛屿:刀具为Ф10立铣刀。工艺表(8)钻中心孔:刀具为Ф5中心钻。(9)钻孔:
