1、热毒宁注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染39例临床疗效探析［摘要］目的探讨热毒宁注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2015年2月n2016年3月收治的急性上呼吸道感染患者77例，依据完全随机分组法分为两组，对照组38例行常规治疗，观察组39例在对照组治疗基础上行热毒宁注射液治疗，观察症状、体征的改善情况,观察不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组发热、咳嗽、咽喉充血、流涕的缓解时间［(2.08±0.17)d、(2.77±0.48)d、(2.65±0.28)d、(2.29±0.55)d］短于对照组［(4.20&
2、plusmn;0.19)d、(5.30±1.16)d、(4.41±0.17)d、(4.91±0.53)d］,其总有效率(97.44%)高于对照组(68.42%),两组差异有统计学意义(p&t;0.05);两组不良反应发生率(观察组10.26%.对照组10.53%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)b结论在急性上呼吸道感染治疗中应用热毒宁注射液，可提高临床疗效，效果明显。［关键词］急性上呼吸道感染；热毒宁注射液；临床疗效［中图分类号]R259[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-0742(2016)07(b)-0134-03
