1、摘要河木公司物流管理流程优化研究本文以汽车零部件制造行业的某合资企业河木公司为典型案例，以河木公司的物流管理问题作为研究的重点，同时对河木公司的物流管理现状深入探究，详细的分析了河木公司物流存在的问题。河木公司没有对物流管理形成正确的认识，一直以来公司的核心都集中在产品的质量上。其次，在物流管理上没有对成本进行记账管理，核算也不精确，公司高层很难对物流成本进行控制。同时信息化、规范化水平较低，降低了市场的竞争力。除此而外，公司缺少专业的物流人员，没有建立完善的物流人才培养体系。造成这些问题的原因也有很多，首先物流管控环节松散，针对物流环节的管理多数集中在简单的项目上。其次，没有形成
2、系统的物流管控核算体系，未将物流成本控制贯穿于物流管理全过程。同时对物流的记账方式、物流核算方法、物流信息化以及专业物流人才缺失等问题进行了重点的分析。最后，本文为河木公司物流的现代化管理制定了可行的方案，（1）执行TCM战略，完善物流体系建设；（2）建立规范化的预算和核算制度；（3）采用科学化的物流管理流程；（4）强化ERP管理，逐渐建立起现代化的物流管理体系；（5）重视相关人员的教育培训。从六个维度对公司的体系进行搭建，分别为库存管理、物料跟踪与控制、生产计划与排程、物料需求计划、仓库和储存管理以及运输执行，每个维度又分为五个等级，按照公司的不同发展阶段对公司的六个维度设定等级
3、目标。为保障方案的顺利执行，本位进一步提出了要完善保障体系，从物流服务、设立机构、构建信息平台、设计高效流程以及加强人才队伍建设等方面对保障体系提出了建议。这样才能对河木公司物流管理体系的完善起到积极的推动作用，同时也可以为其他企业物流管理的建设提供经验。I关键词：物流管理，TCM战略，物流全过程IIAbstractImprovingTheLogisticProceedingofHemuCompanyInthisarticle,ajointventureinautopartsmanufacturingindustryHemuCompanyastypicalcases,withHem
