2、erring-Institution：NorthChinaElectricPowerUniversity摘要摘要电力是国民经济发展的重要基础性行业。经过近十年的体制改革，电力市场逐步建立了相应的竞争机制，上市公司逐渐成为电力企业重要的组成部分。与此同时，随着环境问题的日益凸显，我国提出了走可持续发展道路，构建生态文明社会的战略，企业转型势在必行。当前阶段，大部分关于电力上市公司竞争力理论与实践的研究还停留在以财务指标为主的传统竞争力研究上，从环境保护的角度上对电力上市公司竞争力进行评价的研究依旧处于探索阶段。因此，如何在兼顾环境保护与经济发展的前提下，将公司

3、竞争力与绿色发展的要求建立联系，界定上市公司绿色竞争能力，建立评价体系以量化形式衡量上市公司绿色竞争能力，并通过数据分析结果进一步提高上市公司的绿色竞争力水平，不仅是国内企业亟待解决的课题，也是经济发展的必然趋势和企业转型的必然要求。首先，研究界定了发电上市公司绿色竞争力的概念，并对其影响因素进行了相关分析；在此基础上构建了发电上市公司绿色竞争力评价指标体系与评价模型，运用区间数理论将定性指标的区间属性值转化为单实值形式，通过层次分析法和熵权法进行组合赋权，并选择灰色模糊综合评价方法进行综合评价，结合指标体系得出了发电上市公司绿色竞争力评价的一整套综合评价流
