1、社会资本、企业创新团队建设与企业创新绩效研究摘要开放式创新时代的到来，使得企业创新步伐急剧加快，也促使企业要不断适应创新发展的要求，融入社会化创新的浪潮中。企业的社会资本作为开放式创新中的新型资源，亟待企业去开发和利用。同时，企业创新团队作为企业创新的主力军肩负着企业创新的重任，企业创新团队建设的优劣将直接关系到企业创新活动的成败，亦关系到企业的长远发展。如何完善企业创新团队建设以顺应创新环境的要求，如何利用社会资本以提高企业创新绩效，是学者和企业实践者面临的重要课题。为此，本文将对社会资本、企业创新团队建设和企业创新绩效展开研究，以探寻三者之间的

2、关系，为管理实践和理论研究提供借鉴。本文在以往国内外学者研究成果的基础上，分别对社会资本、企业创新团队建设和企业创新绩效做了理论总结与分析。虽然现阶段已有学者对企业社会资本和企业创新绩效两者关系进行了研究，但以企业创新团队建设为中介来对上述两者关系的研究较少。为此，本文通过已有研究成果进行了理论推导，并提出了本文的研究假设，构建起了三者之间的关系模型。随后，本文根据研究所需，对本研究的相关概念进行了界定与衡量，并设计出了本研究所需的调查问卷。通过对企业创新团队成员及管理者的问卷调查和访谈，本研究将收集到的数据应用SPSS、AMOS等统计软件进行了数

3、据分析。研究结果论证了本文的假设：（1）社会资本对企业创新团队建设具有正向影响关系；（2）社会资本对企业创新绩效具有正向影响关系；（3）企业创新团队建设对企业创新绩效具有正向影响关系；（4）企业创新团队建设在社会资本对企业创新绩效的影响中起中介作用。由得到的研究结果，本文为企业管理提供了一些管理启示。同时，本研究亦存在一些研究的不足与局限性，待以后的研究加以完善。关键词：社会资本；企业创新团队；团队建设；企业创新绩效I贵州大学硕士研究生学位论文AStudyontheRelationshipsofSocialCapital,EnterpriseInn
