2、剖学特点和规律，76例股前外侧一蒂双岛皮瓣分3种类型：①分干型15例(20％)，两皮岛的穿支血管分别来自旋股外侧动脉的降支和横支；②分支型55例(72％)，两皮岛的穿支血管均来自旋股外侧动脉的降支或横支；③分叉型6例(8％)，两皮岛的穿支血管为同一穿支的两个分叉，该穿支血管可来自降支或横支。1例分支型皮瓣部分坏死，余皮瓣全部成活，皮瓣成活率为99％。结论根据穿支血管的起源，股前外侧一蒂双岛皮瓣成分干型、分支型、分叉型等3种类型。【关键词】外科皮瓣；解剖学，局部；肿瘤Theclinicalclassificat
