1、中文摘要在社会主义市场经济条件下,国有企业成为国民经济的重要力量。而乘着大好经济形势的东风,国有建筑企业也获得了飞速发展。但是目前国内建筑行业竞争日趋激烈,国有建筑企业亦面临着强大的竞争压力和改革压力,BH国有建筑有限公司正是其中之一,其经营现状不仅是国内很多同类型企业的代表,更是广大国有企业在内部治理方面的缩影,其发展现状以及内部治理过程中暴露出的问题十分具有代表性。本文通过对BH有限公司进行深度剖析,找出了能够突破其未来发展瓶颈的内部治理结构问题,包括股权结构不合理、双重领导体制、企业文化建设不足等等,这些问题既有客观体制的原因,也有经营者主观意识的原因。在对问题的成因进行分析的基础上
