2、nvironmentonthequalityofhumanlife,aswellastheworldposeaseriousthreattosustainabledevelopment.Inthisregard,environmentalorganizationsaroundtheworldbegantoappealthathumanbeingsshouldstrengthentheprotectionoftheenvironment.InChina,energyconservationisincludedinthe"Eleventh
3、Five-YearPlan"since2006,"green"isincreasinglyputonthedevelopmentagenda,variouspoliciesandregulationshavebeenintroducedtoenforceenterprisetoworkontherestructuringofenvironmentalprotection.Thepublichasbecomeincreasinglyconcernedaboutthecompany'senvironmentalbehavior,under
4、variouspressuresfromsocietyandgovernment,enterpriseshavetoadoptenvironmentalregulations.Fortheenterprisewhosetargetis"maximizethebenefits",asuddenincreaseintheadditionalcostsofenvironmentalprotectionwillinevitablyincurthephenomenonofconflict.However,withthepromulgationa
5、ndimplementationofvariousenvironmentallawsandregulations,thecorporateenvironmentalbehaviorhavebeengivenacertaindegreeofsupportbystate,whichsparkedacontroversyaboutenvironmentalregulationandcorporatefinancialperformance,aboutwhethertheimpactofenvironmentalregulationoncor
