1、摘要随着经济的发展，环境问题与资源问题也日益提到日程上来。寻找新的经济增长方式成为全球性的焦点。此时，与环保相关的产业也应运而生。近年来我国的环保事业也逐渐在寻求一个可持续的发展路线，对环境保护相关行业的支持力度也不断加大，但一方面投入资金不足的现实问题仍然制约了环保产业健康持续的发展，另一方面环保产业具有投入大，见效慢的特征，所以，环保产业的投融资问题研究就有了一定的紧迫性和现实意义。目前中国很多地区的环保产业发展现状令人感到忧虑，其中西北部地区陕西省的环境污染与破坏问题尤为严重。所以，本文以资
2、源型城市陕西省为例，着重研究环保产业的投融资问题。目前陕西省环保产业投融资的现状面临着投融资渠道单一、投融资总量不足、投融资结构不合理以及投融资效率低下等问题，既有环保产业制度不完善、金融体系存在缺陷等外部因素，也有生态环境复杂，地理位置特殊和经济水平低下等内部因素。归根结底还是缺少一个切实可行的投融资机制，一个多元的、灵活的、绿色的、市场化的投融资机制，为环保产业提供持续的足够的资金支持。关键词：投融资机制，环保产业，市场手段IAbstractWiththedevelopmentofeconom
