4、n`sdevelopment,whichconstantlyabsorbsandlearnsscientificteachingideasandadvancedteachingmode,andtrainsmorehigh-qualitytourismpersonnelwiththecomprehensiveability.TheCompetency-basedtheoryisaquitepopularguidingideologyintheworld`svocationaleducationsystem,and

5、ishighlyconsistentwithtrainingobjectivesoftourismhighervocationaleducation.Basedoncomprehensiveanalysisofpractitioners`occupationability,thistheorycombinesperfectlybooksknowledgeandpracticalskillsintheteachingprocess,sothatstudentscangraspcomprehensivecapaci

6、tydemandedforaspecificjob.Task-driventeachingmodeisdifferentfromthetraditionalknowledge-basedteachingmodel,becausetheteachingtasksintherealprofessionalasthemainlineisthroughthewholelearningactivitieswhichhelpsstudentstoapplyknowledgeandskillslearnedintheclas
