2、onsibilityhasalwaysbeenthemosthottopicintheacademysothattheacademyhasproducedanumberofresearchproductions.Specially,thesefindingshasmainlyconcentratedontheeconomicconsequenceofcorporatesocialresponsibilitydisclosure.Forexample,theyincludedtheresearchabouttherelationshipbetweenco
3、rporatesocialresponsibilitydisclosureandenterprisevalue.However,basedonit,thesefindingswaslackofbeingdoneresearchfromtheperspectiveoftheinformationeconomy,thatis,theywashardlydoneresearchontheperspectiveofthefactthatanalystincorporatingcorporatesocialresponsibilitydisclosurefore
4、arningsforecasthadagreatinfluenceontheeconomicconsequenceofcorporatesocialresponsibilitydisclosure.So,thepaperwouldmakeupitsdeficiencytoexploretherelationshipamongcorporatesocialresponsibilitydisclosure,analystforecastandenterprisevaluebasedontheperspectiveofanalystearningsforec
5、ast.Furthermore,thepaperwouldremarkablyclassifyenterprisevalueintotheshort-termenterprisevalueandthelong-termenterprisevalueinordertoexpresstheinfluencethatcorporatesocialresponsibilitydisclosure,analystforecastwouldaffectenterprisevalue.Involvingtheresearchmethod,theformerwould
6、mainlyusethemethodofeventstudy,butthelatterwouldmainlythemethodofTQNumber.Thus,basedonthedataanalysisofcorporatesocialresponsibilitydisclosureabout704listedenterprisesoftheshort-termwindow,1280listedenterprisesofthelong-termwindowinthemainboardandAshareofShanghaiExchangeStockMar
