1、摘要业成长过程中财务风险管控的策略研究现代企业由于财务风险的影响，而造成生命普遍较短的现状，成为影响企业持续发展的严重障碍，困扰着企业的所有者和管理者们的一个很重要的问题。企业在成长过程中，面临较多的风险，其中财务风险是影响企业持续成长的主要因素。可持续发展，是当前企业界面临的重大课题。本文基于现有文献的基础之上，通过对企业生命周期的观察和分析运用成长阶段模型定性的分析财务风险产生的本质，形成的机理，基于前面的分析，具体的研究企业初创期，规范期和稳定期财务风险控制策路，保持企业的持续发展。本文首先阐述了财务类风险防范理论中基本性原理知识，明确了企业在财务类风险防范方面的主要内涵和目标；再次，
2、归纳出企业不同成长阶段财务风险特征的表现形式，同时，根据企业生命周期理论建立财务风险控制模型；最后，归纳出不同阶段的财务风险控制的特征，得出不同阶段的财务风险控制策略，促进企业持续，健康成长。在本文的写作过程当中，我们引入了合俊集团的倒闭作为我们分析和研究企业财务风险的范例。从合俊集团的倒闭案例中我们得出企业财务风险的关注与防范对企业的创立、规范运行、二次创业十分重要。关键词：企业成长过程，财务风险管控，策略研究IAbstractIntheProcessofEnterpriseGrowthStrategyResearchofFinancialRiskControlModernenterpri
