2、doutsidepressuremakesthedevelopmentofsomeprivateenterprisesrunslowly.Inordertomaintainthesustainableandhealthydevelopmentoftheenterprise,moreandmoreprivateenterprisesbegantorealizethathumanresourceisthedecisivepowerofenterprisecompetitiveness,shouldbetakenseriouslyinthee

3、nterprisemanagement.Therefore,theresearchingonbasedonhumanisticmanagementofprivateenterprisesperformancemanagementmodeltoimproveenterpriseperformance,improvethequalityandabilityofthetalent,andkeepenterprisesflourishinghasimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificance.Thisa
