3、sico-chemicalconditionsincludingpH,carbonsourcesandnitrogensourcesonMBFF19productionwerestud-ied.ChemicalanalysesofthepurifiedbioflocculantMBFF19indicatedthatitwasasugar-proteinderivative,composedofneutralsugar(3.6%,w/w),uronicacid(37.0%,w/w),aminosugars(0.5%,w/w)
4、andprotein(16.4%,w/w).Thetwoneutralsugarcomponentsweremannoseandglucoseandthemolarratiowas1.2:1.InfraredspectrophotometryanalysisrevealedthatMBFF19containedcarboxyl,hydroxylandmethoxylgroupsinitsstructural.FlocculatingpropertiesofbioflocculantMBFF19wasexaminedusi
