2、2014摘要本文以神华胜利露天煤矿绩效考核制度改革为研究对象。神华集团是我国煤炭行业的龙头企业,也是特大型国有企业,胜利露天煤矿是神华集团控股的股份制企业。通过绩效考核制度改革的研究,找到适合企业的绩效考核制度,充分发挥其主要功能,加大发挥人才的各种作用,带动企业发展,使企业发展战略能落到实处。通过绩效考核制度改革,化解企业合并带来的各种人力资源方面的矛盾与危机,增强企业核心竞争力,取得发展先机,抓住机遇,占领市场。首先,本文介绍了胜利露天煤矿的基本情况以及员工绩效考核的现状,结合问卷调查,分析结果,找出员工绩效考核中存在
3、的问题;其次,通过设计员工绩效考核体系,明确员工绩效考核的指标、标准、周期以及方法等等问题。绩效考核指标权重的确定,主要通过层次分析的方法获得。接着,对胜利露天煤矿在员工绩效考核实施过程中可能出现的问题进行了思考,同时进一步探索了类似于胜利露天煤矿这样的,大型国有露天煤矿在员工绩效考核的实际执行时遇到的苦难,存在公司环境变化影响员工绩效考核实施、各级员工重视程度不足、评判的标准不一这三大困难。笔者提出了相对应的措施,如专门成立员工绩效考核机构、搭建员工绩效考核平台等,保障员工绩效考核有效实施。最后,针对本文的研究内容进行总
