2、势，市场和资源竞争进一步加剧，A企业作为大型发电设备制造商，以前靠经济高增长、高毛利、粗放式管理的发展模式已经不可持续，面对产能过剩、竞争日趋加剧、市场价格不断下滑的市场环境，必须要完善内部管理，建立更优化的内外部供应链流程。本文运用系统分析的方法，结合A企业整体经营情况、组织架构、文化制度、内部供应链管理流程，从管理方法、管理手段、管理结果等方面进行了全面分析，找出了A企业库存环节出现的问题以及出现的原因。再通过相关领域前沿理论的研究，利用ABC分类法、VMI、安全库存等经过实践证明的可行理论对A企业存在的问题提出改进优化策略。A企业主

3、要生产大型发电设备，产品结构复杂，工艺流程难度大，因此多为小批量多批次生产。这就导致了A企业在物料需求环节、采购计划环节、库存管理环节、供应商环节存在诸多问题，效率低，成本高。因此，本文提出了修改后的ABC分类方法对物资按类别进行管理，并按照采购资金和配套重要性进行分级，针对不同等级的物资，结合其特点分别采用VMI管理、安全库存管理、分类分级仓储管理等差异化的管理手段，并进一步完善A企业的MRP系统，运用信息化的手段确保优化措施得以实施。最后，本文进一步跟踪测试了这些改进措施在A企业实施一段时间之后的效果以及存在的风险、问题，进行绩效评估
