3、slikefewerresources,smallerscale,thebackwardtechnologyandunscientificmanagementsystem.Sothedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesisincreasinglydifficultinsuchintensemarketcompetition.Inourcountry,thesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesgenerallyhaveexistedf
4、orashortertime,lessthan5yearsinaverage.ThegrowthproblemofsmallandmediumenterprisesinJilinProvinceisclearer.Inthedevelopmentprocess,smallandmedium-sizedenterprisesarenotonlyfacingaperplexinginfluenceoftheexternalenvironment,butalsofacingalotofdamageandinterf
5、erenceoftheirownbarrierfactorsofgrowth,whichbecomethekeyproblemsofthreateningthesurvivalanddevelopmentofmanysmallandmediumsizedenterprises.Firstinthispaper,theinfluencefactorsofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesaremadesurethroughthegrowththeoryofdomesticandfor
