2、学术成果、相关理论学习基础上，结合JT公司的具体实际案例对该公司目前执行的融资策略现状、融资环境等进行了深入分析。从融资考虑，到融资现阶段实际情况，再到融资过程中存在的问题及问题产生的原因，一步步的对JT公司融资情况进行剖析。在分析过程中，运用了相应的分析工具、确定了融资的遵循原则，阐述了JT公司融资的选择与实施、并就该公司的融资选择及实施制定出了相应的具有针对性的融资风险防范措施，来规避公司的融资风险。通过论文相关的阐述，可以看出，JT公司现行的融资策略也有着有其可取之处，可以通过不断优化和完善相关管
