2、tteeandtheStateCouncilissued"anumberofopinionsonstrengtheningthereformandinnovationeffortstospeeduptheconstructionofagriculturalmodernization"(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"opinions").The"opinions"pointedoutthatinordertoacceleratethecirculationofagriculturalproductsrate,weshouldinnovatethetraditionalci
3、rculationway,suchassupportingtheelectroniccommerceenterprise,logisticsenterprises,retailenterprises,financialinstitutionstoparticipateintheconstructionofagriculturalproductse-commercesalesplatform.Inordertospeeduptheconstructionofagriculturalbusinessoperationsystem,weshouldsolvethebottleneckproblems

5、aswellastheinternetmarketingoperationcoststructureoffreshagriculturalproductscoldchainlogisticssystem.Firstly,summarizingandanalyzingtheproblemsaboutconstructionofagriculturalproductscoldchainlogisticsstandardizationsystem,usingtheinnovationperspectivetobuildagriculturalproductscoldchainlogisticssta
