2、In2001,theNewNationalEnglishCurriculumStandardwasissuedbytheMinistryofEducationofChinaandadvocatedimplementingTask-basedLanguageTeaching(TBLT)intheprocessofteaching.TBLTemphasizesthatEnglishteachersshouldleadstudentstopracticing,communicatingandcooperatingwithothers,soastodeve

3、lopstudents’languagecapacitiesinreality.RecommendationsfortheimplementationofTBLThaveafar-reachinginfluenceontheEnglishteachinginChina,whichplaysapositiverole.However,therearevariousdifficultiesinteachers’implementationsofTBLT,especiallyinseniorhighschool.Theprospectsfortheimp

4、lementationofTBLTarenotgoingwell.Therefore,investigationsonimplementationsofTBLTinseniorhighschoolsareimperative.ThispaperaimstoinvestigatetheimplementationofTBLTinseniorhighschoolsfromtheperspectiveofEnglishteacher,focusingonEnglishteachers’perceptionsofTBLTalongwiththediffic

5、ultiesandconstraintsthathindertheeffectiveimplementationofTBLT.Theresearchquestionsareasfollows:1.WhatareseniorhighschoolEnglishteachers’perceptionsofTBLT?2.WhatarethedifficultiesthatconstrainEnglishteachers’implementingTBLTeffectivelyinseniorhighschool?Thepaperhassolvedtheabo

6、vequestionsbyinviting107EnglishteachersinJinzhouseniorhighschoolstocompletethequestionnaires.Sixofallparticipantsareaskedtoparticipateintheinterviews.Andthedataiscollectedbyutilizingquantitativeandqualitativeresearchmethod.Conclusionsaredrawbytheanalysisofthesedata.Theresultso
